HS: Art as chips. Unbelievable concept. It challenges how we think about art, and how we think about chips. How did you come up with this, and where do you draw the line between art and commerce?

CW: I can’t really remember, but I thought it was funny. I saw it on T.V., the chips. That’s what makes them art. I love them, you love them, Sam loves them, Steph loves them, everybody loves them. Don’t you love art?

HS: Depends on the art. Depends on the chip too I suppose. But I am a fan of these chips, sure.  And this series. I have some questions about specific works. What do you think about Red Hots? They’re red, and they’re hot.

CW: The artwork is too hot to hold!

HS: And Old Bay?

CW: That’s a crab!

HS: How do you get crab flavor on a chip?

CW: Carefully.

HS: I have to bring something up. My favorite chip is Sour Cream and Onion.

CW: Thank you, we’re done.
